Great place to stay, had problems with the hotel we had booked and was told that they had put us in a room for 3 people when there were 4 of us, so decided to try hatters and got 2 rooms for us straight away. No hassle, great staff and amazing people. Will definitely come back <3

We stayed at the hotel towards the end of August. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Dee was super great. The hotel is a nice walk from the main part of town with lots of very quirky features. We all love it.

Really enjoyed our stay here, we were off peak and the place was fairly quiet. The website warns the bar is fairly lively and we'd booked rooms away from this in case the noise kept our kids awake - we didn't hear any noise from the bar. The rooms are nicely decorated but a little cramped in places, though overall they are clean and well looked after. We didn't see many staff on site, the girl who checked us in also worked the bar, but off-peak I wouldn't expect to see a lot of staff. We didn't stay for breakfast, though next time we might as it seemed fairly reasonable. Pros- interesting decor, clean, reasonable noise levels, big TV in room, fairly scenic location (for Skegness) Cons- mattresses were pretty thin so didn't sleep too well, rooms got cold though the bedrooms had heaters in. Fire alarm went off early morning (not in itself a complaint but the hotel acknowledges these are sensitive).

The hotel is absolutely spotless. The decor in the themed rooms and all around the hotel are amazing, pretty, quirky, and unique. Our room was large with a huge, comfortable four-poster bed. The bar is friendly and very lively with live music, that couldn't be heard from the rooms. The price charged was very reasonable, the service and staff is wonderful. There is plenty of onsite car parking. Also, there is a late check out of 11am, which is really handy. I would absolutely go there again and would highly recommend it. June 2025 Thank you, Hatters, for a great weekend, super friendly as always.

Came into the hotel 5 months ago, as recently moved to the area and was instantly hit with great hospitality, amazing local people and an atmosphere that makes me come back day after day. The host and hostess are great people and will tend to every need that the customer requires. The staff are brilliant and the decor of the bar and games room is to be seen to be believed.
